About the event
Find connection to yourself and others through this 8 week series of a therapeutic arts practice. Expressive Art Therapy is a gentle, therapeutic practice that explores artmaking, writing, sound, and movement to support your wellness. Absolutely no artistic skill or experience is required. Together, in a group of maximum 8 people, we will ground by checking in, gentle artistic prompts and activities, and reflections. Those who attend the first few sessions will help us choose a focus or theme for the remainder of the series. These themes could include: Rooted in Nature, Awakening the Senses, The Journey of Aging, Walking into the Dreamworld, Forgiveness & Gratitude, or Good Grief. Come explore, create, and connect in a safe, supportive space.
